Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before the order is approved by our team
  • Within 5 minutes of order placement if not yet processed
  • If there is a technical error in the order details

Once an order is approved and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Payment received but order not processed within 24 hours
  • Technical error resulting in incorrect transaction amount
  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Service failure on our end

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details
  2. Provide transaction proof and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. For USDT payments, refunds will be sent to your registered wallet address. For INR payments, refunds will be credited to your registered UPI ID or bank account.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Completed and delivered orders
  • User error in providing incorrect payment details
  • Change of mind after order approval
  • Market price fluctuations
  • Violation of our terms of service

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our senior support team. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
